Lengow buys Daily&CO to manage marketplace sales end to end

What's the deal? Lengow, a French e-commerce automation platform, has acquired Lisbon-based Daily&CO, a specialist in marketplace integration and distribution software. The companies did not disclose the terms. The deal consolidates a multi-year partnership between the two firms.

What's the endgame? Daily&CO brings managed e-commerce and catalogue services, letting Lengow run entire sales channels for brands that lack the resources, time, or seller accounts to do it themselves. The combined offer spans product-data optimisation through to final customer invoicing across 40 marketplaces in Europe and North America.

Lengow already serves 3,600 clients in 60 countries. It plans to lean on generative AI to help clients manage their catalogues.

Why now? Brands increasingly want a partner to run their channels, not just software. "Today, brands expect more than technology: they want a partner that manages their channels alongside them," said Nicolas Appert, chief executive officer of Lengow (translated from Spanish).

Daily&CO founder François Nieuwlaet framed the fit this way: "I founded Daily&CO because a brand shouldn't have to build a marketplace department to sell across Europe" (translated from Spanish). His team had worked with Lengow's technology for years before the tie-up.

The signal: The deal reflects a wider push to consolidate tools for multichannel sellers. A 2026 ChannelEngine survey found 39% of sellers now operate on seven or more marketplaces, with profitability and operational efficiency taking priority over pure expansion. For Lengow, the purchase extends a strategy begun with its 2022 acquisition of price-intelligence firm NetrivalsDealroom has a profile for this one.
