Indutrade adds Polish imaging firm Euromed in its 11th deal of 2026
What's the deal? Swedish industrial group IndutradeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has agreed to acquire all shares in Euromed Medical Solution, a Polish distributor of diagnostic imaging equipment with annual sales of about US$22.5M (US$27.8M). Terms were not disclosed. Closing is expected during the fourth quarter of 2026, pending clearance from Poland's competition authority.
What each side does: Founded in 2005 and based in Poznań, Euromed sells ultrasound systems, fetal monitoring, digital X-ray, and mobile CT solutions to hospitals, healthcare providers, and insurers for both human and veterinary use. Its 40 employees will join Indutrade's Life Science business area. Indutrade is a decentralised group of over 225 companies across some 30 countries.
The rationale: The deal extends Indutrade's Life Science portfolio into diagnostic imaging and deepens its presence in a market management views as attractive for investment. "Euromed is a high-quality company with strong long-term partnerships, high technical expertise and an offering that fits well within Indutrade," said Bo Annvik, president and chief executive officer.
By the numbers: Indutrade's net sales totalled US$3.89B in 2025, so Euromed is a modest bolt-on expected to lift earnings per share only marginally. It is Indutrade's 11th acquisition of 2026, following nine companies with US$181.3M in combined annual sales acquired by midyear.
The signal: The transaction reflects Indutrade's steady acquisition model, where cumulative bolt-ons — not single blockbuster deals — drive growth. Each addition widens its niche footprint, this time into Polish medical imaging.
