What does 3D AI Studio do? Founded in 2024, it generates production-ready 3D assets in seconds, with no GPU or local setup required. The platform handles the full pipeline — generation, AI retexturing, and export for Blender, Unity, Unreal, Three.js and 3D printing — plus a node-based workflow builder called Flow.
Its users span game developers, 3D printing enthusiasts, product designers and creative studios. It has more than 1.9 million registered creators across 25-plus countries, who have generated over 4 million assets.
Why it matters: The deal is saas.group's 27th acquisition and its first move into AI-native creative tools.
