Enish taps Evolution Capital for $7,090 as losses mount
What's the deal? Japanese mobile game developer EnishDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → expects to receive US$8.58K from Evolution Capital Management via a private placement of stock acquisition rights to returning investor EVO Fund.
The details: The Tokyo-listed company (TSE:3667) agreed on October 26, 2026, to issue 558,000 of its 24th series of stock acquisition rights at US$0.02 each through a third-party allotment. The board has approved the deal, which is expected to close on November 11, 2026.
How it works: The rights carry an initial exercise price of US$0.16, with a floor of US$0.08. Even at that floor, they could convert into 55,800,000 shares. The exercise period runs from November 12, 2026, to December 12, 2028.
Why now? The installment is one piece of a recurring funding relationship with Evolution Capital. Earlier reported tranches included US$6.7K in late 2024 and US$3.25K in 2025.
What could go wrong? Enish is under financial strain. First-half 2026 revenue fell 22.4% year over year to roughly US$6.92M, and it reported operating and net losses while flagging doubt over its ability to continue as a going concern.
Its reliance on exercises of stock acquisition rights and other financing can also dilute existing shareholders.
The signal: This is a small funding installment, not a material standalone round. It points to a distressed company leaning on a recurring financing line to stay afloat rather than fuel growth.
