Izertis draws €3.9M in fifth note sale under its €30M MARF programme

What's the deal? Spanish technology consulting firm IzertisDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has completed its fifth 2026 issuance of promissory notes on Spain's Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF), raising €3.9 million. The placement admitted 39 securities, each with a nominal value of €100,000, with a 3.853% yield and maturity on January 29, 2027.

Why now? The sale is a short-term draw under a €30 million commercial-paper programme that Izertis registered on January 9, 2026, valid until January 2, 2027. It marks the company's fifth placement under that programme this year.

What's the endgame? The notes provide routine working-capital liquidity within a broader growth-and-refinancing plan. This year Izertis secured a €133.5 million, six-year syndicated facility that included tranches for refinancing and future acquisitions.

What else? Izertis has also approved a buyback programme to acquire up to 892,000 shares — roughly 2.51% of its capital — for a maximum €6.25 million. The company said the aim is to "make payments in shares derived from corporate acquisitions" (translated from Spanish), cancel stock through capital reductions, and meet share-option obligations.

The signal: The rapid cadence of placements points to Izertis using short-term debt markets as a steady liquidity tool rather than a one-off financing event, keeping its acquisition engine funded alongside its larger syndicated facility.
