What does the company do? Family Care Center runs a network of clinics offering therapy, psychiatry, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and intensive outpatient programming. It treats conditions including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
By the numbers: Revelstoke partnered with founder Dr. Chuck Weber in December 2020, when the business had four locations in one state. Today it runs over 50 clinics across five states, employs more than 800 providers, and expects to deliver nearly 1 million treatment sessions this year. It has treated over 175,000 patients to date.
What's the endgame? The transaction returns capital to Revelstoke's limited partners while funding further expansion. "We are excited to return capital to our limited partners while maintaining our partnership with Family Care Center," said Michael Constantinides, partner at Revelstoke.
