What's the deal? H.I.G. WhiteHorse, the credit affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has arranged a debt package to finance QualityHostingDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s acquisition of Be-CloudDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, announced October 20, 2026. QualityHosting, a German Microsoft cloud provider, is a portfolio company of PSG Equity. The package also provides extra capital for the combined group's growth and future acquisitions.
What's the endgame? The combination builds a pan-European Microsoft cloud platform spanning France, the DACH region, and the Benelux. Together the two companies serve around 50,000 small- and medium-sized customers and more than 2,000 partners, with plans to expand in cloud, cybersecurity, and AI.
By the numbers: The merged group posts €92 million in revenue. Be-Cloud, founded in Paris in 2012, counts more than 37,500 active end-customers; QualityHosting, Germany's first Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, serves more than 30,000 customers and roughly 1,000 partners.
Who's involved? H.I.G. manages $75 billion in capital. PSG Equity, which has owned QualityHosting since October 2025, backs the deal, while B & CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → exited its stake in Be-Cloud to PSG as part of the transaction. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Why now? "Be-Cloud and QualityHosting combine a recurring revenue business model with a leading and differentiated position in the Microsoft ecosystem," said Pascal Meysson, head of H.I.G. WhiteHorse Europe. He added the group is "well positioned to benefit from continued cloud, AI and cybersecurity adoption."
The signal: The financing fits a broader European managed-services consolidation, as investors combine fragmented cloud and IT providers to gain scale and cross borders. With no disclosed figures, the debt package reads as growth capital for platform-building — betting that mid-market Microsoft resellers consolidate faster together than apart.
