Love All buys racquet-bag maker UpDown Sport to expand beyond apparel
What's the deal? Love All, the women-owned sportswear brand founded by Kate Davis, has acquired racquet-bag label UpDown Sport. The deal, announced in October 2026 for an undisclosed sum, adds tennis, pickleball, sling, and tote bags to Love All's lineup.
What each side brings: Love All launched in 2021 with women's tennis apparel and has since moved into golf, swim, ski, lifestyle, and children's collections. UpDown, founded by Ashley Carlson, built bags that carry a racquet or paddle alongside everyday essentials.
What changes for customers? The combined Love All x UpDown collection is now available online. It includes The Lily tennis bag, The Alexis pickleball bag, and The Tutu sling bag.
Why now? The acquisition fills a gap in Love All's accessories offering across two of its core sports. "Her collection of tennis, pickleball, and tote bags feels like such a natural fit for Love All," Davis said.
The signal: The deal reflects how niche sportswear brands are consolidating adjacent product lines to build fuller portfolios, chasing the continued growth of tennis and pickleball as mainstream lifestyle categories.
