What's the deal? InmhoDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Spanish property administration and asset management firm, has acquired and integrated Agencia Negociadora del AlquilerDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, known as TranquilerDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a residential rental management company in the Madrid region. The deal value was undisclosed.

What changes? The acquisition pushes Inmho past 10,000 homes under management and adds nearly 40 professionals to its team. Tranquiler brings more than 3,500 properties under management and over 15 years in the market.

What does Tranquiler do? It handles the full rental cycle — from marketing homes and selecting tenants to signing contracts, legal advice, and day-to-day management. It has also built tools for landlords, such as guaranteed rent collection.

What's the endgame? Inmho wants to grow nationally by integrating specialist property management firms while preserving their local knowledge. The Madrid region remains strategic in that plan.

"The incorporation of Tranquiler is a very important step to keep developing our asset management activity," said Antonio Baldellou, chief executive officer of Inmho (translated from Spanish).

José Ramón Zurdo, founder and general manager of Tranquiler, said the integration lets the company keep its professionalism while adding "the technology and resources of a leading group."

The signal: The deal extends a consolidation push Inmho stepped up in 2025, as Spain's fragmented rental management market draws bigger players seeking scale.
