What changes? Koramic becomes a "belangrijke minderheidsaandeelhouder" (a significant minority shareholder, translated from Dutch) in the new, larger group. Yource is the bigger of the two sector players.

The signal: The tie-up folds a smaller, recently restructured Belgian operator into a larger Dutch rival, extending consolidation across the regional call-centre market.
