Lenders WHGG II Trust and Ascent Developer SolutionsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → finalised the Third Amended and Restated Revolving Loan Agreement on October 7, 2026.

Why now? The deal amends and restates an earlier agreement dated July 29, 2026 — less than three months old. The $50 million bump adds borrowing room against the facility's uncommitted capacity.

The fine print: The agreement carries "customary representations and warranties, and covenants," including a financial covenant that limits OP SPE's ability to take on more debt. It also lists customary events of default that would let the lender terminate the loan and accelerate repayment.

Chief financial officer Peter Knag signed the filing, made under the NASDAQ ticker OPAD.

The signal: For Offerpad, expanding the revolving line is a liquidity lever — fresh capacity to fund operations without issuing equity. Repeated amendments in quick succession point to a company actively reshaping its debt terms as it manages its balance sheet.
