Try Dealroom →. The board cleared the plan at its meeting on October 13, 2026.
The breakdown: Each unit will receive roughly US$13.6M. SISL's first tranche of about US$2.72M covers 20,000,000 equity shares at a US$0.14 face value, with the remaining US$10.9M to follow over the next year based on funding needs.

What's the endgame? SISL, incorporated in October 2015, provides internet, computer, and electronic services; the capital will let it explore new investments, including contributions to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). SIHL, which focuses on direct and indirect technology investments, will use the funds to expand its tech holdings and AIF commitments.
The numbers behind it: Both subsidiaries reported nil turnover for FY26. SISL posted net profit after tax of US$240.4K and a net worth of US$740.1K, while SIHL recorded a net loss of US$2.72K against a net worth of US$27.6M.
One caveat: Because both entities are fully owned by Info Edge, the transactions qualify as related party transactions, conducted on an arm's length basis.
The signal: The infusion deepens Info Edge's role as an investor in India's startup ecosystem, channelling fresh capital through vehicles built to back technology companies and AIFs.
