Leadrat buys Calllive.ai to add AI voice agents to real estate CRM
What's the deal? Real estate CRM platform LeadratDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired AI voice agent startup Calllive.aiDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → for an undisclosed sum, the company announced in October. The deal lets Leadrat customers deploy AI agents that make and receive calls, qualify leads, book site visits, and update CRM records in Hinglish and multiple Indian languages.
What do they do? Leadrat covers the full real estate lifecycle, from enquiry to post-sales and channel-partner management, serving more than 38,000 agents across India and the UAE. Calllive.ai builds voice agents that respond in around 600 milliseconds on live calls, handle interruptions, switch languages mid-conversation, and transfer to human representatives when needed.
By the numbers: Calllive.ai has made over 500,000 calls, generated more than 10,000 sales-ready leads, and driven over 1,000 site visits to date.
What's the endgame? Leadrat wants a CRM that executes rather than just recommends. "The next generation of CRM will not just recommend actions. It will take actions," said founder and chief executive officer Himanshu Kumar. The stated ambition is to contact every new lead within 24 seconds of an enquiry.
Why now? The purchase follows Leadrat's 2025 acquisition of WhatsApp Business API platform EngagetoDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, extending its push to automate sales communication. Calllive.ai's voice agents will be fully integrated by the end of December 2026 and rebranded as CallingCat.
The signal: The deal reflects a broader shift from CRMs that prompt human follow-up to systems that act autonomously. "We're not trying to build a bot that can speak. We're trying to build an AI that can have a conversation," said Calllive.ai founder and chief executive officer Pintu Singha — a bet that the value lies in turning every customer conversation into action.
