What's the deal? CyberFOXDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Tampa-based cybersecurity software provider, has acquired Optimize365Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → for an undisclosed sum. The deal adds continuous Microsoft 365 tenant monitoring and hardening to a portfolio that already covers privileged access management, password management, DNS filtering, and Zero Trust Network Access.
What's the endgame? CyberFOX sells practical security tools to small and mid-sized IT teams. Adding Optimize365 extends its coverage from endpoints, credentials, and web traffic into cloud environments, letting customers manage both under one provider.
Why now? Microsoft 365 configurations, permissions, and security settings change rapidly, creating risk when they aren't carefully managed. Optimize365 flags configuration drift and automates fixes so lean IT teams don't have to monitor everything by hand.
What's next? Optimize365 will keep its brand within the CyberFOX portfolio in the near term, with existing partners and customers seeing no disruption to service, support, or contracts. CyberFOX plans to fold it into its partner program and product roadmap over the coming quarters.
"IT teams are facing an increasingly complex access attack surface, from endpoints and identities to Microsoft 365 and beyond," said chief executive officer David Bellini. "Our goal is to give them a comprehensive suite of security platforms that protects the full access attack surface, without adding more complexity."
The signal: The deal is CyberFOX's second acquisition this year, after it bought SASE provider Timus NetworksDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in June 2026.
