What's the deal? TSGDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, the European technical services group focused on responsible mobility and energy infrastructure, has acquired Network Power Connections (NPC)Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a UK Independent Connection Provider. The deal, announced in September 2026, was for an undisclosed sum.
What does NPC do? Headquartered in Worcester, West Midlands, NPC is a NERS-accredited provider that designs and delivers new and upgraded electrical infrastructure across the UK. It serves commercial and industrial developments, warehousing, and EV charging hubs, combining in-house design, project management, civil works, and jointing.
What's the endgame? TSG wants to offer fully integrated electrical solutions across Europe, spanning grid connections, high- and low-voltage infrastructure, EV charging, solar, and battery storage. NPC adds grid connection capacity and nationwide reach, strengthening TSG's position in the UK Independent Connection Provider market.
Why now? Grid connection is an increasingly important component of complex electrification projects. The acquisition lets TSG support customers from the grid connection through to downstream electrical infrastructure.
What changes? NPC will team up with TSG's existing UK operations, particularly Skerritt Electrical, to deliver a broader range of turnkey electrical solutions. In return, NPC gains access to TSG's European network and technical expertise.
"The acquisition of Network Power Connections marks a new step in the strengthening of our electrical infrastructure activities in the UK," said Jean-Marc Bianchi, chief executive officer of TSG. He added that NPC's teams would help create "strong synergies with Skerritt Electrical and our wider UK operations."
The signal: This is one of more than 50 acquisitions TSG has completed in under four years across nearly 20 countries. The deal underlines a broader push to consolidate fragmented electrical infrastructure services as electrification demand accelerates across Europe.
