What does it do? The system answers inbound calls through natural conversation, retains context across an interaction, and connects to existing Pegasus platforms — without replacing them. When a caller needs human help, the call transfers to an agent who receives the full conversation context.

Why now? The airline sees particular value during travel disruptions, when support demand spikes. The goal is to settle more requests on the call rather than logging them for follow-up.

What's the endgame? One use case is already live, with a phased rollout planned through mid-2027 covering the ten main guest service areas that drive most contact centre volume. The rollout starts in Turkish, then adds German, English, Arabic, Farsi, and other languages spoken across the carrier's network.

Pegasus served roughly 43.3 million guests in 2025 and operates 161 destinations in 57 countries across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. The deal supports its "Your Digital Airline" mission and goal of ranking among the world's top three airlines for technology use.

"AI is transforming customer experience in aviation at an unprecedented pace," said Kurtuluş Öztürk, managing director at Pegasus Innovation Lab, adding that Zingly stood out for "the maturity of its agentic voice AI."

The signal: Airlines are moving voice AI from scripted call routing to systems that resolve problems end to end. "Aviation is the ultimate proving ground: multiple languages, irregular operations, time-sensitive decisions, and guests who expect resolution, not a ticket number," said Zingly.ai chief executive officer Gaurav Passi.
