Try Dealroom → — two of the largest aesthetics networks in the US — are moving to CorralData.

Why it matters: Combined with CorralData's existing customers, the deal puts many of the largest aesthetics rollups and franchise groups in North America on one platform, covering nearly $2 billion a year in aesthetics transactions.

Why now? Private equity has spent years buying up medspas and cosmetic surgery practices. Yet most groups still run each clinic on its own mix of booking, medical records, and marketing systems. That makes simple questions — which locations are losing patients, which services drive repeat visits — hard to answer.

What's the endgame? Cosmetic Physician Partners and Aesthetic Partners built The Data Co to answer those questions across their clinics, including benchmarking tools that compare performance across locations and providers. Those tools now become part of CorralData.

For operators, the combined platform promises AI-driven recommendations, earlier warning on lost patients, smarter marketing spend, and anonymized peer benchmarks. All data is aggregated and HIPAA compliant, with no individual company or patient data shared.

"A single clinic's data can only tell you so much," said Alex Lirtsman, founder and chief executive officer of CorralData. "When our AI can see what's working across the largest groups in the industry, every customer gets smarter faster."

"When you run one of the largest medspa networks in the country, you feel every gap in your data," said Daniel Schacter, chief executive officer of Cosmetic Physician Partners. "This combination gives our clinics new tools and sharper benchmarks."

The signal: As consolidation reshapes aesthetics and wider healthcare, data scale is becoming the competitive edge. Aesthetics is CorralData's largest vertical, but the company also serves behavioral health, physical therapy, dental, dermatology, ENT, and veterinary groups — covering more than 200 organizations across 2,000 locations.
