Omni Bridgeway closes second $1B litigation finance fund

What's the deal? Omni BridgewayDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → closed Fund 9, a $1 billion litigation finance vehicle and its second fund of that size. The Australia-listed firm announced the close on Wednesday.

What's the endgame? The fund splits capital between single cases and portfolios across global jurisdictions. It targets intellectual property, antitrust, group claims, and arbitration.
