What's the deal? ArrowflyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, the B2B media company formerly known as WTWH MediaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, has acquired Prosper CompanyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, the firm behind the Prosper Forum and Prosper Accelerate conferences for restaurant, foodservice and hospitality leaders. The deal, announced October 2, adds two executive-level events to Arrowfly's food, retail and hospitality portfolio. Terms were not disclosed.

What does Prosper do? Founded in 2023 around the mission of building "A Better Table," Prosper runs an invitation-only annual forum that pairs C-suite executives, operators and franchise owners with emerging industry talent. Its signature 24-month Prosper Accelerator program connects senior leaders with rising ones nominated by their CEOs.

The track record: Since 2023, the Prosper Forum has drawn support from more than 300 founding partner organizations. Its 2026 edition convened in August at The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, covering talent, AI adoption, M&A and workforce policy. Prosper Accelerate runs October 28–30, 2026, at the Omni Dallas Hotel.

What's the endgame? The acquisition gives Arrowfly's partners access to a community of restaurant and foodservice decision-makers, from current executives to future ones. "The people in that room are exactly who our partners in food, retail and hospitality want to build relationships with," said Arrowfly chief executive officer Matt Logan.

Why now? Restaurant and foodservice operators face labor constraints, rising structural costs, rapid technology adoption, and a generational leadership shift. Those pressures raise the value of forums where executives share what works and invest in future leaders.

Prosper co-founder and chief executive officer David Jobe said joining Arrowfly lets the company "focus on purposeful growth, widening our impact and growing the talent pipeline while staying true to the mission of inclusion that brought us together."

The signal: Arrowfly, which operates more than 40 brands across engineering, healthcare, food, retail and hospitality, is deepening its hold on industry audiences by buying communities rather than building them. As executive relationships become harder to earn, owning the rooms where they form is becoming a core media strategy.
