MobiKwik co-founder lifts stake to 10.24% with $255K share buy

The details: Taku acquired the shares across two consecutive sessions on September 28 and 29, at roughly US$2.69–US$2.7 each. Her holding rose from 7,957,670 shares to 8,064,670 shares.

Why now? The buy follows MobiKwik's turn toward operating profitability. It reported a consolidated net profit of US$1.03M on quarterly revenue of US$38.2M in Q1.

The bigger pattern: Since MobiKwik's IPO, Taku has bought 294,177 shares on the open market, including 187,177 in December 2025. Regulatory filings confirm no member of the promoter group has sold shares post-listing.
