Try Dealroom → (OEP), a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Myriad360Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a global systems integrator. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed, and Myriad360's leadership team will keep a significant ownership position.
What each side brings: Founded in 2003, Myriad360 is a services-led systems integrator working across AI, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, and data center modernization. OEP, which spun out of JP Morgan in 2015, focuses on industrial, healthcare, and technology deals in North America and Europe; it has completed more than 500 transactions since 2001.
What's the endgame? OEP's capital will fund organic growth, investment in talent and services, and acquisitions. Myriad360 already made one this year, buying Advizex TechnologiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.
Why now? The companies frame the deal around rising enterprise technology complexity. "As enterprise technology becomes more complex, organizations need partners that can connect solutions, services and strategy to business outcomes," said Carlo Padovano, a partner at One Equity Partners.
What management says: "OEP understands our business, our industry and the market opportunity," said Jay Miley, chief executive officer and president of Myriad360. Founder and chief culture officer Andrew Fisher said the partnership offers "more resources to move forward without losing sight of the principles that have guided us from the beginning."
The signal: Private equity continues to consolidate the IT services and systems integration market, betting that enterprises wrestling with AI, cloud, and cybersecurity will pay for partners that tie it all together. For OEP, backing an existing management team and funding bolt-on deals is a familiar playbook for building a bigger player in a fragmented field.
