Saratech buys Siemens PLM partner Geometric Solutions to grow Midwest reach

Saratech takes over Geometric Solutions' software license and subscription sales, PLM implementation, customer support, and training programs.
What's the endgame? Both companies help manufacturers modernise product development with connected design, simulation, manufacturing, data management, and lifecycle solutions. The combined organisation aims to offer customers broader technical coverage, deeper Siemens expertise, and a larger support and training network.
Why now? The acquisition strengthens Saratech's reach in the Midwest, serving automotive, aerospace, defence, heavy industry, medical device, and energy manufacturers. Saratech was named Siemens Partner of the Year in 2025.

What changes for customers? Saratech says it will work with Geometric Solutions customers to maintain service, licensing support, and training while expanding access to complementary engineering services and Siemens Xcelerator portfolio capabilities.
