Why now? The acquisition fits a strategy of building scale through smaller deals. "We are mainly after new distribution channels we can scale using our technology."

By the numbers: Second-quarter 2026 revenue rose 54% year on year to 18.2 million złoty, while EBITDA nearly doubled to 10.4 million złoty. First-half revenue reached 30.8 million złoty and EBITDA 16 million złoty, up 36.4% and 68% respectively.

The company plans to update its strategy's financial targets in early 2027. Management expects organic growth, new distribution channels, and further small acquisitions to lift scale without a significant rise in costs.

The signal: The deal reflects a buy-small, scale-fast playbook — acquiring distribution and brands rather than cash flow — as Cloud Technologies pushes further into the US ad-data market.
