Try Dealroom → EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF, an evergreen fund of funds aimed at Swiss professional investors, in partnership with private-markets platform TitanbayDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The fund complies with the ELTIF 2.0 regulation and will be distributed by LFDE, a subsidiary of LBP AM. Its size was not disclosed.

How it works: The Luxembourg-based feeder fund sits within Titanbay's SICAV and will invest solely into LBPAM Private Opportunities, a France-based ELTIF 2.0 master fund. That master fund has already raised €336 million and committed to 12 underlying funds.

What's the endgame? The strategy uses an open-architecture, fund-of-funds approach to cover the main private asset classes. It backs established managers focused on corporate direct lending, private equity, and infrastructure across Europe.

Why now? LBP AM EPM is extending a strategy that already worked at home. "After the success of LBP AM Private Opportunities in France, we are now going a step further," said Irène d'Orgeval, head of capital solutions at LBP AM EPM (translated from German), pointing to demand for simpler access to private markets outside French distribution networks.

The tech angle: Titanbay will act as the alternative investment fund manager and supply the Luxembourg feeder structure. Its TradeEngine automates onboarding, KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, subscriptions, and investor reporting — tasks previously handled manually.

The signal: The launch reflects a broader push to open private markets to a wider pool of investors. "Private-market investments are now an essential part of a long-term investment portfolio," said Anne-Sophie Girault, head of international development at LFDE (translated from German). As the ELTIF 2.0 framework matures, expect more asset managers to pair fund-of-funds structures with infrastructure partners to distribute across European borders.
