Milestone

Legora doubles to $200M ARR in six months

What's the deal? Legora, a Swedish-UK legal AI company, has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), doubling from $100 million in just six months. It took the company 18 months to reach the first $100 million.

Why now? The acceleration marks a sharp change of pace: 18 months to the first milestone, then six to the next. Over 130,000 lawyers now use the product across 2,000 legal teams.

What's the endgame? Legora builds AI tools for legal work and competes with Harvey. Most of its growth now comes from in-house lawyers, and the US has become its biggest market.

The company is also rumoured to be raising at a decacorn valuation, though this remains unconfirmed.

The signal: Legora's climb reflects how quickly legal AI is moving from experiment to standard tooling, with in-house teams and the US market driving the next wave of adoption.
