TPG forms Digital.ai DevSecOps platform from three software vendors
What's the deal? In April 2020 , TPG Capital combined CollabNet VersionOne, XebiaLabs and Arxan Technologies to form Digital.ai, a DevSecOps / value-stream management and application security software platform. Terms were undisclosed. Digital.ai is US-based (Dealroom HQ pin: Raleigh, North Carolina).
Context The combination created an integrated platform spanning business agility, software delivery and application security. Dealroom records the TPG platform formation as a buyout with TPG as lead. Subsequent M&A under TPG ownership continues on the profile.
