Why now? The sale follows a strategic review Summa Defence announced on May 15, 2026. It says the deal simplifies the group structure and cuts future financing needs tied to IntLog, which now sits outside the group.

The numbers: IntLog posted revenue of €2.383 million in 2025, roughly flat on 2024's €2.374 million, but its operating result swung to a €65,000 loss from a €212,000 profit.
