The fund carries an estimated gross annual return of more than 4%, calculated at launch and without any guarantee.

How it works: The vehicle matures on December 17, 2029, and targets savers willing to hold their position for more than three years. The minimum contribution is €10, and the subscription period runs until July 14, 2027.

The fine print: Mutuactivos can allocate up to 40% of assets to subordinated debt. It caps contingent convertible bonds at 10% and low credit quality or unrated issues at 10% — with those categories combined also limited to 10% of total assets.

The cost: The management fee is 0.60% for class A and 0.20% for class L. After the subscription window closes, the fund applies subscription and redemption discounts, except during the liquidity windows set in its investment policy.

The signal: Fixed-maturity funds have drawn savers seeking predictable returns as interest rates ease from recent highs. By targeting above 4% with a defined end date, Mutuactivos is pitching a middle ground between the safety of holding to maturity and the yield of corporate and public debt.
