Try Dealroom →, a provider of data intake and intelligent document processing used by over 800 hospitals. Terms were not disclosed. Announced September 16, 2026, the deal expands MRO's Enterprise Clinical Data Management platform across the clinical data lifecycle.
What does Vyne do? It turns unstructured information from paper, voice, fax, and images into discrete, digital data that feeds clinical and financial workflows. The technology classifies, extracts, and routes information at scale, with human teams providing oversight where judgement is required.
What's the endgame? MRO wants to capture data at the "front door" of a provider's workflow, then curate and route it wherever it needs to go. "Some of the most valuable data in a health system is often trapped in a fax, a phone call, or a scanned document outside the EMR," said Jason Brown, chief executive officer of MRO.
What changes? The combined organization will serve more than 2,500 hospitals and 35,000 clinics. Vyne Medical will operate as "Vyne Medical, an MRO Company" during the transition. The signal: The deal reflects a push to consolidate the fragmented tools healthcare organizations use to manage patient data. By combining automation with clinical expertise, MRO is betting that closing the gaps between disparate information sources — and making that data usable — is where the value now sits.
