Why now? Sioux says the full acquisition follows years of deepening collaboration and integration. "The full acquisition is a logical next step for our activities in Romania," said Ron Willems, managing director, Software Europe at Sioux Technologies.
What changes? Willems said full ownership lets the teams "work even more closely together, respond more quickly and make targeted investments in the future." He pointed to the local team's value: "The knowledge, expertise and entrepreneurial spirit in Romania are of great value to Sioux and our customers."
The signal: By absorbing a proven development centre outright, Sioux is betting on Romania to meet growing customer demand for high-quality technical expertise and international engineering teams.
