The breakdown: Niveshaay invested Rs 37 crore, followed by FirstPort Capital with Rs 12.81 crore and Skagen Ventures with Rs 3.36 crore. Theater issued 2,145 Series A CCPS at Rs 2,62,224 per share, according to regulatory filings.
What's the endgame? Founded by Sarthak Aggarwal, Karan Jain, Vikram Jain, and Shruti Aggarwal, Theater sells shoes, bags, stockings, socks, perfumes, and other accessories for men and women. It will use the fresh capital to expand the business, meet working capital needs, and strengthen its balance sheet.
By the numbers: Revenue grew 2.37X to Rs 33.35 crore in FY25. The round values the five-year-old company at around Rs 402 crore post-money — a 4.5X jump from its previous Rs 90 crore valuation. Theater is yet to file its FY26 results.
