Fishtank buys Boom Marketing in its second deal of 2026

What does Boom do? Founded by Moore in 2013, the agency offers website and graphic design, signage, and wider creative marketing. Over 13 years it built a client base across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and blue-chip businesses in West Yorkshire, Wales, the North East, and London.
Why now? The deal builds on an existing relationship between Moore and Fishtank, and gave Moore a route to exit while safeguarding his staff and clients. "When I decided to retire, selling the business was never about completing a transaction," he said, adding it was about finding "the right custodians for everything we have built."
What's the endgame? Fishtank founder and managing director Damien Fisher says the merger gives clients a larger team and broader expertise while keeping the personalised service both agencies offer. The move also supports Fishtank's push to serve growing regional businesses and expand its national client base.
