It remains the EIS's official investment and insurance partner and reported £1.86m in turnover for 2025, up 12% year on year.
The buyer: Founded in 2010 and based in Doncaster, My Pension Expert specialises in regulated retirement advice for UK consumers. The wider business supports about 20,000 clients and advises on roughly £2bn of assets.
Why now? The deal continues an acquisition push beyond the firm's core retirement offering. Its first purchase, adviser Tenet&YouDealroom has a profile for this one.
