Clearco lands $100M debt facility from Macquarie to fund e-commerce brands
What's the deal? Clearco, a Canadian provider of non-dilutive funding for ecommerce brands, has secured a $100 million asset-backed financing facility from MacquarieDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.
What it means. The facility is expected to support approximately $900 million in funding to ecommerce brands over the next two years. It gives qualified brands access to up to $10 million per deal, with terms of four to 12 months, for inventory, marketing, major purchase orders and other growth initiatives.
Who's backing it? Macquarie's New York-based fixed income and currencies team, part of its commodities and global markets business, provided the financing.
