UCC Environmental buys Cast Steel Products to expand wear-parts platform

Who's involved? UCC, founded in 1920, provides air pollution control, water treatment, solids handling, and wear-resistant parts for power generation, mining, and heavy industry across six continents. CSP, with more than 30 years of history, supplies OEM and aftermarket customers in mining, oil sands, steel, aluminum, cement, power generation, and railway industries.

The deal expands UCC's performance parts business by adding CSP's engineered wear castings — including pallet and sinter cars, high-pressure grinding roll components, and crusher liners — to its portfolio.
