Indifly backs CGreen to build AI loan-recovery network across India

Announced in August 2026, the investment will support CGreen's technology platform, on-ground resolution network and expansion across Tier 3 and smaller markets.
What it means. CGreen combines AI, Voice AI, borrower interaction recording, field intelligence and its Pragati Kendra network to give lenders more visibility into overdue cases. The company says it is empanelled with more than 29 lending institutions, manages over 300,000 borrowers and has assets under management above ₹1,350 crore, with on-ground presence in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Assam.
Why now? India's lending ecosystem has grown quickly, while collections infrastructure in underserved markets remains fragmented. CGreen's model is designed to distinguish borrowers who are unwilling to pay from those who are genuinely unable to, helping lenders choose a more appropriate resolution strategy.
