Why now? Fund II builds on Global Partners' inaugural vehicle, Fund I, which handed over Eden House The Canal in 2026 and continues work on Eden House The Park. The two developments carry a combined gross development value exceeding Dh4 billion and will deliver more than 500 residences along Dubai Water Canal.
