Wull Technologies lands £75K grant to scale British wool insulation

Try Dealroom → through its Women in Innovation programme. The award will support the next stage of development for the company's LAMDA rigid insulation panels made from British sheep wool.

What it means. The 12-month support package will help Wull Technologies scale manufacturing, complete independent testing and demonstrate the panels in live buildings, including heritage properties, retrofit projects and social housing.

The signal. The grant follows £300,000 of earlier backing from the University of Manchester Innovation Factory and Greater Manchester Combined Authority, plus an earlier Innovate UK grant for the company's initial research.
