India's ₹188.93 crore Antariksh space fund backs first three startups

India's government-backed Antariksh Venture Capital Fund (AVCF) is operational and has selected three space-tech startups for investment, Union minister of state for science and technology Jitendra Singh told India's Parliament. The SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund provides equity capital to emerging space-tech startups.
