The company
Berlin-based Wishkeepr is a cross-shop online wishlist tool that lets anyone collect wishes in one place, share them via a single link, and let gift-givers reserve items to avoid duplicate purchases. It works with no sign-up required and is free to use.
Gift-giving around birthdays, Christmas and weddings is still scattered across chats, screenshots and half-remembered hints, and shoppers are increasingly wary of trackers and data-hungry sign-up walls. A free, no-account tool with privacy baked in is a pointed answer to both problems.
The company says it set out to make the anticipation of gifting the main event again, rather than the admin around it. Founded in 2026 by Muriel Moureton and Winfried Umbrath, Wishkeepr was built on four principles from day one: ease of use, no sign-up, fully free, and privacy first.
Founders Muriel Moureton and Winfried Umbrath have committed to a clear, self-imposed model from the start — monetising only through small shop commissions while keeping the product free and data anonymised on German servers. That discipline around incentives is harder to retrofit than to design in early.
