Sona8 builds voice agents that speak with every employee for around 20 minutes about how their work actually gets done, asking follow-up questions on manual steps, dependencies and who else is involved. It turns those conversations into process maps and a structured list of problems by site and team, then returns after change initiatives to ask what actually changed.
Transformation programmes still lean on a handful of stakeholder interviews and slide decks that go stale on contact with reality. Voice agents let companies talk to everyone, not just the loudest, and keep a live map of how work happens as context for future AI agents.
Founded in 2026, Sona8 tackles a familiar gap: the people who know how work really flows rarely make it into the transformation plan. The founding team built the platform around a company-wide feedback loop rather than a one-off audit.
Sona8 is the work of a three-person founding team — Madeleine Malmsten, Thilo Tamme and Anton Hantel — building at the intersection of AI and enterprise software, with $125K in early funding behind them.
