AI-powered real estate copilot for NYC.

The company
Sidewalk is building a chat-based real estate copilot for buyers, sellers and renters, starting with New York City. The company says its interface replaces standard search boxes and filters, pulling in real-time market data to give transparent answers on listings, buildings, pricing and neighbourhoods.
Property search is still dominated by lead-generation portals that work for advertisers, not users. Sidewalk is betting that a conversational interface backed by live market data can strip out the noise and bias buyers have long put up with.
The company is being built by a founding team that says NYC is the country's most challenging real estate market — and therefore the right place to prove a copilot that behaves like an expert broker rather than an ad engine.
The founding team combines venture and data-problem experience in Atul Ajoy, a second-time founder, with deep operating credibility: Rob Morgenstern, CEO of Canvas Property Group, and Al Tylis, former CEO of $40bn real estate investment firm NSAM.
