The company
Tallinn-based serum.sh is building an agentic observability platform that connects the services engineering teams already run — AWS, Prometheus, Elastic, Kubernetes, GitHub and PagerDuty, with Datadog, Grafana, Slack, Sentry, Azure, Fly.io and Cloudflare listed as coming — and synthesises their signals into a single live ecosystem map. The company says it flags anomalies before they become incidents and, when an outage does happen, analyses and prioritises fixes in seconds.
Observability data is now spread across code, deployment, logs and monitoring tools that rarely talk to each other, so the work of joining them up falls to on-call engineers. serum.sh is betting that this correlation step is the part worth automating.
The company was founded in 2026 and is based in Tallinn; the founding team has not shared a public origin story beyond the product itself, which is in early access with assisted onboarding and a waitlist.
Co-founder Eren Güven has worked at Wargaming, BAYES Holding and Delivery Hero and previously founded fabrik5; co-founder Agnes Wasikowska has worked at Alunafi, Bayes Esports and Jina AI. Both come from companies where uptime is the product rather than a back-office concern.
