Qwote
Quoting and invoicing software for artisans
The founders
The company
Qwote is French quoting and invoicing software for artisans and tradespeople: create a quote in under a minute by keyboard, voice or AI assistant, complete with VAT and deposit amount. Clients sign online and pay the deposit by card straight into the artisan's account, and the signed quote becomes a numbered, Factur-X compliant invoice.
France's shift to mandatory electronic invoicing makes Factur-X compliance a near-term necessity for small businesses, not a nice-to-have. Qwote is building for exactly that transition, with compliant invoices baked in from the first quote.
Founded in 2026 and still pre-funding, Qwote is tackling a chore most artisans dread: chasing quotes, deposits and paperwork. The company says it designed the tool around a phone-first workflow, with automatic reminders at three, seven and fourteen days.
Qwote is led by founder Nina Zandag, building out of Paris. With a single named founder and no further pedigree disclosed, the proof will be in whether the product genuinely gets a tradesperson from job site to signed quote in under a minute.
