Movere

Movere is a London-based merchant money platform that connects businesses to a broad range of global payment methods through a single integration. Its Pay product routes online and in-person payments by merchant-set rules like lowest cost or best approval rate, while Connect, Grow, Unite and Empower cover multi-entity onboarding, overseas hiring, community collections and market-entry advice.

Merchants are tired of stitching together a different acquirer and payment method for every market, and AI integration agents now make single-integration onboarding across entities genuinely feasible. With cross-border payments and local payment methods multiplying, routing payments for cost or approval rate is becoming a core margin lever rather than a nice-to-have.

Movere was started in 2026 by a founding team drawn from across payments and HR, bundling acquiring, orchestration and cross-border hiring into one platform rather than leaving merchants to assemble the pieces themselves.

CEO Praful Morar brings senior strategy roles at Worldpay, SafeCharge and Nuvei, CSO Walé Abidakun comes from PayPal, and CCO Lukas Pukaj founded Kumo HR — which also powers Movere's Grow product for paying teams abroad.
