Huenx supplies embedded, senior-only AI engineering teams that build and ship production-grade systems — LLM applications, machine learning pipelines and computer vision — rather than proofs of concept. Plenty of companies can prototype with AI; far fewer can run it reliably in production, and hiring senior AI engineers remains slow and expensive. Huenx is betting that on-demand senior capacity beats months of recruitment.

Founded in 2026 by Nhan V. Nguyen and based in Oslo, the company is pre-funding and building out its multi-continent delivery model spanning Norway, Vietnam and the US. The stated aim is senior oversight in the client's timezone paired with scaled execution.

Huenx says it staffs exclusively with engineers holding 5–15 years of experience, deliberately avoiding padded headcount. The multi-continent structure is designed to keep senior accountability close to the client while executing across timezones.
