Rather than pointing software at your own applicant pile, companies hire from a pool that HireBench has already assessed via CV screening, cognitive and language testing, and role-specific technical work graded against structured rubrics.
Screening tools have proliferated, but they still hand employers a stack of CVs to sift; HireBench flips the model by maintaining the vetted pool itself. The company says it will open to companies in August 2026.
