Hello Haven is building Haven, a personal AI 'digital twin' that acts as a persistent, private operating system for your life. It runs on an individual 'memory graph' that learns your preferences and history across phone, text, email and voice, then proactively triages your inbox, prepares briefings, places orders and even makes phone calls on your behalf.

General AI assistants still make you re-explain your context every session; Haven bets that the winning consumer AI is one with persistent, portable memory. It orchestrates from a pool of over 500 models and 100-plus app integrations, arriving as users grow tired of stitching tools together themselves.

Founded in 2026 in Park City, Utah, the company emerged from stealth in September 2026 with a $15M pre-seed round led by Mayfield. Founders Frank Addante (CEO) and Duc Chau (CTO) are longtime collaborators returning for another swing.

Addante and Chau previously co-founded ad-tech firm Rubicon Project, which became Magnite (NASDAQ:MGNI) — so this is a pairing that has built and scaled infrastructure together before. That track record in orchestration-heavy platforms maps neatly onto Haven's model-and-app routing ambitions.
