FleetStream
Lifecycle management software for regulated vehicle fleets.
The founders
The company
FleetStream manages a vehicle's whole life for fleets in regulated industries, from acquisition planning and ordering through maintenance and compliance to resale. It tracks driver records, licences and medical cards, and gives job costing, total cost of ownership and replacement planning from each vehicle's history.
Existing fleet tools typically start a vehicle's record at its first repair order, so the specification, assignment and cost decisions made earlier are lost. FleetStream replaces the spreadsheets and emails used for those decisions and works alongside dispatch and routing systems.
FleetStream was founded in Minneapolis in 2026 by Braden Adams after 15 years in fleet management. It charges $7 to $11 per vehicle per month and is aimed at fleets of 10 to 1,000 vehicles.
Braden Adams previously worked at Xcel Energy, CHS and Zum.
