The company
Cue is an AI inbox for companies that make and ship physical goods. Its agents read the email arriving in shared inboxes such as sales@, suppliers@, logistics@ and finance@, carry out the work in the company's ERP and other systems, and draft a reply for the team to approve.
Order intake, purchase order matching, collections, freight invoice audits and payment reconciliation still run largely through email in fashion, industrial goods and consumer brands. Cue says its system can handle up to 80% of customer and supplier emails and has cut processing times by up to 75% for its design partners.
Cue is based in Copenhagen and was founded in 2026 by chief executive Jonas Bøgh Larsen. It sells to business customers as software-as-a-service.
Jonas Bøgh Larsen studied at Aarhus University and previously founded Hivebeat and Greenticket.
